MARKABLES data use in the wireless telecom sector: Markables data referenced in CNMV (Comisión Nacional des Mercados de Valores) comment letter – Financiera Alba SA, a public company listed in Spain, was requested by the CNMV to provide additional information about the background and valuation of two business combinations reported in Alba’s 2017 financial statements.
In their explanations Alba outlined that comparable data from MARKABLES was used for the valuation of the trademarks of Grupo Satlink SL, a satellite communications provider in Spain. Read the full reply letter of Alba here.
