Experts from different disciplines discussed the challenges with brand valuation in a roundtable discussion organised by German trade magazine Absatzwirtschaft. In particular, the roundtable addressed the existence of too many different valuation standards, and the problems with properly separating the brand assets from other intangible assets, and the differing brand values presented in different rankings.
